NYDB Growth Audits You are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. To request a refund, email us before your 7-day window closes.
Done-For-You (DFY) Services Refunds on DFY add-ons are available within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided no work has been started. Once any implementation work begins, all sales are final.
Digital Products All digital products and downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
Quality Concerns If you have a concern about your deliverable, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting NYDB will be disputed and may result in being banned from future services.
Payment Plans You are responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of usage. Stopping payments does not constitute a cancellation.
